Tahoe Beach Club Teams up With Barton Health for an Exciting Fitness Journey
Are you ready to take your outdoor lifestyle to the next level? Well, Tahoe Beach Club has exciting news for you. We're teaming up with Barton Health performance coaches and a physical therapist to bring you an 8-week fitness program designed to enhance your experiences both inside and outside of the gym.
Our new wellness program is open to all Members, no matter your fitness level, and is a drop-in style program, so there's no need to commit to the entire 8 weeks if you can't make every session.
So, what's the deal? Every Thursday, starting on January 11th, from 5 to 6 pm, head down to The Clubhouse and join the fitness fun. You'll work with certified strength and conditioning specialists and a physical therapist from Barton Health in a group setting. They'll guide you through exercises to reduce the risk of injuries, make you a better athlete, and provide insights into various aspects of an active lifestyle, including nutrition, sleep, recovery, and even the best travel practices.
