At Tahoe Beach Club, we pride ourselves on exceptional service, seamless experiences, and a community that feels like home. This doesn’t happen by chance, thanks to team members like Jenny Skelly, our 2024 Employee of the Year.
Jenny’s dedication goes far beyond the job description. In fact, she’s the driving force behind world-class service for our accommodation guests. Furthermore, she didn’t just step into her role; she restructured an entire department, working alongside our Residential Services Manager to elevate efficiency and service standards.
She also took the initiative to research and develop a brand-new preferred vendor list, streamlining how the Club and residential teams accomplish their work. And if that wasn’t enough, she built a training program for our Ambassador team, giving them the tools to better serve short-term rental guests with in-depth knowledge of each residence.
Jenny is the kind of person who sees a challenge and turns it into an opportunity. Her work ethic, problem-solving skills, and ability to build strong relationships make her an invaluable part of the Tahoe Beach Club family.
