Caldor Fire Update

CALDOR FIRE UPDATE

First and foremost, we want to express our appreciation and gratitude for the firefighters and first responders who are working tirelessly to protect all of the communities affected by the Caldor Fire. Our thoughts are with all of those who have been forced from their homes, including our own TBC Residents and staff members.

At this time, Tahoe Beach Club remains closed and plans to reopen in phases as our staff members are able to return home. The good news is that the mandatory evacuation order has been reduced to an evacuation warning. Firefighters have gained a lot of ground on the fire, lines are holding, and containment is now almost 50%.

Be safe and stay vigilant.

Please note, travel to Lake Tahoe (South Lake Tahoe / Stateline) is currently not advised. All Nevada and California State Parks in Tahoe remain closed, in addition to the closure of all National Forests in California. You can read the latest statements and updates from the Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority via Tahoe South

We will be sure to update when the club reopens. In the meantime, if you would like to support fire relief efforts, the El Dorado Community Foundation has set up a Caldor Fire Fund. Donations can be made here
