A Hopping Good Time

Like clockwork, the snow stopped, the clouds parted, and spring arrived on Easter morning. It was a spectacular day at the Beach Club as families gathered for brunch and egg hunts. That's right, not just one hunt but three! The first event was all about Tahoe Beach Club littles with an under-5 celebration complete with Peter Cottontail himself. Then the big kids gathered in masses to collect eggs along the side patio leading to the Club’s private beach. When our Event Coordinator exclaimed, "go," it was every man for himself. But the icing on our colorful Easter cake was our adult hunt, which provided great entertainment and lots of laughs.

However, Tahoe Beach Club put footprint first amid the celebration. And we aren't talking about the Easter Bunny's furry paws. Instead, we're focusing on the Club's environmental footprint. As Members headed home, our staff hosted a plastic egg return. The perk…these plastic eggs are available for next year's hunt, and our local landfill has less plastic amongst the waste.

Hope you all had a Happy Easter, and cheers to more beautiful spring days.
