  • Residence 301 is a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom mountain home with 1,256 square feet of living space, accommodating up to 4 guests at night and 8 guests during the day. Furnishings include 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, and 1 Sofa Bed. Pet friendly.

$10,000 to $15,000 monthly

  • Security Deposit Waiver ($1,500 Coverage) - $55 (tax-exempt)
    Cleaning Fee - $325 (tax-exempt)
    $300 monthly transfer fee for Beach Club membership

  • No cancellations or refunds once the lease is signed.

  • For leases two months or longer, the first month as well as all fees, are due 48 hours after signing the lease with subsequent months of rent due on the first of the month.

  • • Parking is limited. Only 1 parking garage spot per residence plus 1 guest spot. Clubhouse parking is for Members only.

    • Upon arrival, pick up your required parking pass at the Member Services desk. The parking permit must be on display on the driver's side window.

    • Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

    • Gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the rental residence are prohibited.

  • • All towels and bedding are washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF
    • Disinfectant is used when cleaning the property
    • Enhanced cleaning practices are used
    • High-touch surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets)
