Levi Merlin is no stranger to development in the Tahoe Basin, having worked on the design and entitlement of multiple residential projects around the lake. He began his career as an ambassador for Martis Camp, a prestigious 2177-acre private luxury ski and golf community in Truckee, California. Currently, Merlin serves as the development coordinator for Tahoe Beach Club and is responsible for assisting in project execution as well as the coordination of contractors and consultants. In addition to his background in pre-med from the University of Nevada Reno, Merlin holds his Nevada real estate license and continues his education through the Urban Land Institute. His real estate background includes residential sales at Chase International, along with consulting on numerous development projects around Lake Tahoe. Outside of work, Levi spends his time outdoors golfing, skiing, horseback riding, and swimming. He also enjoys traveling and spending spare time at his family’s Oregon cattle ranch.
