John McCarthy is an accomplished real estate executive with extensive experience in operations, construction, and development of commercial real estate. Over the past 25 years, he worked for some of the nation's largest real estate management and development companies, having overseen and coordinated over $5 billion in acquisitions and development across the country. As a senior executive, he is an innovative problem solver with a track record of turning around distressed real estate and management operations. McCarthy is a hands-on manager, meeting budgets and schedules without sacrificing overall quality. As a master negotiator, he reduces expenses and increases revenues making projects more profitable. Currently, McCarthy serves as Tahoe Beach Club’s construction manager overseeing the progress and completion of all construction activity while ensuring that the execution remains on schedule and within budget.
