Sunset Dinners at the Beach Club

It’s nearly summertime at the Starboard Bar and Grille, meaning leisurely lunches on the Main Deck and relaxing evenings by the Starboard Deck fire pit tables with cocktail in hand. With that in mind, Tahoe Beach Club’s culinary team is gearing up for the season with freshly curated dishes, all made from sustainable, locally-sourced ingredients. 

Starboard Bar and Grille is truly the heart and soul of the beach club (aside from Lake Tahoe itself) with culinary offerings for every occasion. Enjoy drinks and casual bites while relaxing at the infinity pool and private beach, or settle in for something a bit more formal on the Main Deck. With traditional and contemporary cuisine, there’s something on the menu for every Tahoe private club member. 

Some current menu favorite include the Sea Bass (served in a mouth-watering white shoyu broth), the Pesto Shrimp Zoodles (so delicious you’ll forget you’re eating vegetables!), and of course the classic TBC Burger, made with prime grade ground beef, topped with aged vermont cheddar, and grilled nueske bacon. Hungry yet? 

But food isn’t the only thing on the menu! The beach club restaurant is also serving up fresh new summer cocktails. Enjoy a TBC Sunset (whiskey, sweet n’ sour, lemonade) while actually watching the sunset over the Sierras. Could there be anything more perfect? 

As if private club members needed more reasons to dine at Starboard Bar and Grille…we have events running throughout the summer. Join us on the last Wednesday of every month for Wine Wednesdays, where we taste and discuss the month’s featured wines, and every first Tuesday for trivia! And yes–prizes are definitely included.
