Mark Estee Dinner

Imagine an evening where culinary artistry meets breathtaking lakeside vistas. That's precisely what unfolded at Tahoe Beach Club's recent Mark Estee Dinner, an unforgettable event that left guests wanting more.

Celebrity Chef Mark Estee, renowned for his innovative and locally-sourced cuisine, took center stage. Estee's passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients shone through in every course (did we mention the Rabbit Sugo… yum!)

The evening began with a celebratory pop of Whitehall Lane’s 2022 Blanc de Noirs sparkling wine, setting the stage for an unforgettable night. The first course, a "Tidal Pool" of scallop, snapper, and tuna, was a playful exploration of textures and tastes, beautifully complemented by the crisp acidity of the paired 2022 Sauvignon Blanc. And then… it was one delicious dish after another. (again… did we mention the Rabbit Sugo?)

But… no gourmet journey is complete without chocolate! The dessert was a heavenly Chocolate Tiramisu, accompanied by a shot of affogato and a touch of sea salt cookies. The rich, creamy dessert paired perfectly with the final pour of 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon as guests were already planning the next dinner with Mark and Whitehall Lane.

The Mark Estee Dinner at Tahoe Beach Club was honestly one for the books, showcasing the perfect marriage of culinary excellence, breathtaking scenery, and great company - a testament to the Tahoe Beach Club experience, and a memory that will linger long after the final sip.
