Steps to the east, Rabe Meadow offers spectacular views and a laid-back 3-mile loop. With a gentle elevation gain, this hike is great for a trail run or charming afternoon walk. Plus, it’s an excellent trail for furry friends with a connection to dog-friendly Nevada Beach.
In addition, Outdoor Pursuits plans adventurous excursions for members and their guests. Most recently, the Tahoe Beach Club crew hiked Rubicon Trail, which is perched cliff-side on one of the most beautiful stretches of the lake, winding through picturesque D.L. Bliss State Park. The views on the entire 16-mile trail are simply unmatched.
