Getting Dirty for a Good Cause

At Tahoe Beach Club, we believe in giving back to the community that has given us so much. That's why we were thrilled to participate in the League to Save Lake Tahoe's annual Tahoe Forest Stewardship Day.

Joining forces with 92 dedicated volunteers, we restored a remarkable 120,000 square feet of land, contributing to the health and well-being of Lake Tahoe's ecosystem. From planting native vegetation to stabilizing soil, our team played a vital role in revitalizing the Burke Creek Rabe Meadow Riparian Restoration Project. The project aimed to improve water quality, restore habitat, and protect the natural beauty of Lake Tahoe.

It wasn't just about the work, though. The camaraderie among volunteers was fantastic, and the post-work feast courtesy of our fellow sponsors was a delicious reward.

If you're looking for a way to connect with nature, make a difference, and maybe even meet some like-minded folks, we highly recommend checking out the League to Save Lake Tahoe's volunteer opportunities. After all, a little dirt under your fingernails is a small price to pay for a crystal-clear conscience and the continued beauty of Tahoe's crown jewel.
