The Tahoe Beach Club's State Room is just one of the many perks our members take advantage of. Resident Members and their sponsored guests enjoy a dedicated entrance into a large open living room with views of East Peak.
The 2200 square foot suite can sleep up to ten people and includes two king rooms with en suite baths and a six-person bunk room. The suite features an ethanol fireplace, upscale mountain modern finishes and wood flooring throughout. Located in the heart of the club members can enjoy private dining or head over to the bar just steps away for happy hour.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES
Except for holiday periods, Renters may cancel this Reservation without penalty, within seven (7) days of the Booking Date. Thereafter, it shall be deemed that Renters have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions of the applicable rental agreement. In the event Renters must cancel a Reservation, Renters must notify Manager in writing or by email. In the event a Reservation cancellation of more than forty-five (45) days prior to Check-in Date, Manager reserves the right to retain one night’s rate cancellation fee; forty-four to thirty (44-30) days prior to Check-in Date, Manager retains fifty percent (50%) of the rental amount; twenty-nine to fifteen (29-15) days prior to Check-in Date, Manager retains seventy-five percent (75%) of rental amount; and zero to fourteen (0-14) days prior, no refund. A full refund will be paid if Manager is able to substitute another Renter on the same terms. Reservations may be made no more than six (6) months prior to date of stay
Deposit Policy
There is a fifty percent deposit required at booking to secure the reservation.
