Unit 213 is a beautifully styled 2-bedroom 3 bath condominium perfect for entertaining with close family and friends. The property is located in a gated community overlooking beautiful Lake Tahoe. Enjoy private entertaining in the unit or celebrate with family and friends at our exclusive private club. The property is located in a prime location close to entertainment, casinos and only five minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort! The kitchen features custom cabinetry, luxury Thermador appliances and high end finishes throughout. The master bathroom has a custom walk in shower and a sitting tub for relaxing. The second bathroom has a custom walk in shower. This unit is complete with washer and dryer, air conditioning, radiant floor heating and ethanol fireplace. Both bedrooms have king beds. The flex room off the living room is a perfect space for kids to play. There are two decks with a supplied BBQ for summer dinners overlooking the view. There is private parking located in the underground garage with a private elevator that enters into the unit.
Each booking allows access to our private beach and clubhouse with an additional day fee. We have a dedicated team on site seven days a week to ensure a comfortable, memorable stay for your family.
CLUBHOUSE INFORMATION
Tahoe Beach Club’s private lakeside Clubhouse features a luxurious spa, full-service bar and restaurant,
general store, Kids’ Zone, heated pool and hot tub, private beach access, and state-of-the-art fitness
center.
AMENITY ACCESS DAY FEES
Adult, per guest $35 daily $180 weekly
Junior, ages 12 and under $15 daily 1 junior included with each paid weekly adult
PARKING
• Parking is limited. Only 1 parking garage spots per unit, guest spots are available. Clubhouse parking is for Members only.
• Upon arrival, pick up your required parking pass at the Member Services desk. The parking permit must be on display on the drivers side window.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES
Except for holiday periods, Renters may cancel this Reservation without penalty, within seven (7) days of the Booking Date. Thereafter, it shall be deemed that Renters have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions of the applicable rental agreement. In the event Renters must cancel a Reservation, Renters must notify Manager in writing or by email. In the event a Reservation cancellation of more than forty-five (45) days prior to Check-in Date, Manager reserves the right to retain one night’s rate cancellation fee; forty-four to thirty (44-30) days prior to Check-in Date, Manager retains fifty percent (50%) of the rental amount; twenty-nine to fifteen (29-15) days prior to Check-in Date, Manager retains seventy-five percent (75%) of rental amount; and zero to fourteen (0-14) days prior, no refund. A full refund will be paid if Manager is able to substitute another Renter on the same terms. Reservations may be made no more than six (6) months prior to date of stay
There is a fifty percent deposit required at booking to secure the reservation.
