This residence is in Building One (closest to the beach) of the Tahoe Beach Club property, the first lakefront development of its kind on Lake Tahoe in over 30 years. Interior furnishings include a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Thermador appliances and custom cabinetry, dining and living room, fireplace, multiple decks (with lake and meadow views), 4 flat-screen TVs, luxurious bathrooms with walk-in showers and high-end marble, glass and wood finishes throughout the residence. The property also includes gated security, underground parking, an elevator that opens directly into the residence and additional secured storage for your beach and mountain equipment. This rental is for the bottom floor only. With 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms the residence can very comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
As our guests, you will enjoy our club membership access to the adjacent private Tahoe Beach Club, which offers a full-service restaurant and bar with spectacular lake views, year-round heated lakefront pool and jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center, spa, yoga and Pilates studio and professionally-staffed concierge and adventure center. The property also includes a private 160-foot pier and use of paddleboards, kayaks and other water sports equipment.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES
Except for holiday periods, Renters may cancel this Reservation without penalty, within seven (7) days of the Booking Date. Thereafter, it shall be deemed that Renters have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions of the applicable rental agreement. In the event Renters must cancel a Reservation, Renters must notify Manager in writing or by email. In the event a Reservation cancellation of more than forty-five (45) days prior to Check-in Date, Manager reserves the right to retain one night’s rate cancellation fee; forty-four to thirty (44-30) days prior to Check-in Date, Manager retains fifty percent (50%) of the rental amount; twenty-nine to fifteen (29-15) days prior to Check-in Date, Manager retains seventy-five percent (75%) of rental amount; and zero to fourteen (0-14) days prior, no refund. A full refund will be paid if Manager is able to substitute another Renter on the same terms. Reservations may be made no more than six (6) months prior to date of stay
Deposit Policy
There is a fifty percent deposit required at booking to secure the reservation.
